Facts about Thomas Hungenberg

I was born near Bonn (the former capital of Germany) where I grew up and still live. This makes me a pure Rheinländer, as the people living along the Rhine in the area from Cologne/Bonn to Düsseldorf are called. I have always enjoyed living in this area. Not because of the Kölsch beer Cologne is famous for, but because of the mentality and attitude of the people living here. I think in general you can say that Rheinländer have a great sense of humour (not only during the 5th season, which is what they call the time around carnival).
